Skills to transform public service, put into practice

Lean Leaders™ learn practical problem-solving tools derived from Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and work with their supervisor and leaders in their department to identify a real-world process problem to work on throughout the training. You'll have 1-1 coaching sessions with our PPI experts to help you immediately apply what you learn to your own business process. You'll leave the program a certified Lean Leader, equipped to lead your own improvement projects and make lasting, measurable change!

Update: Lean Leaders is now accredited as a Credentialed Government Leader (CGL) course through the Municipal Management Association of Northern California (a full credit in Creative and Critical Thinking domain).
